·         Dear Doone,

…You had so many important things to say.

One of our parents runs a parent parlor group and she brought all her moms who found the Adlerian references new material and so helpful.

Your presentation is honest, well presented, and obviously well planned.

It was not slick and I liked that.

As many of "my" parents were there, I loved that you echoed many things I have said and even added more stress to such items as most kids live by most of our rules most of the time, punishments do not work, lectures do not work, and kids need to push away while parents need to maintain the relationship.

The evening was time very well spent.

Thank you so much.

·         Thank you very much for speaking to the Hearts and Minds delegates yesterday. I was thrilled to see so many people asking questions and wondering about their own behaviours as parents and educators. I have heard very positive feedback, and I know I certainly got a lot out of your talk…

·         I want to thank you SO much for Tuesday…the anecdotal feedback I received from my colleagues who attended was really really positive. These are terrific resources and lots of food for thought for sure, but also very practical ideas and strategies that they can implement immediately.

Thank YOU for presenting to our combined parents in such an elegant fashion.  You were witty and compassionate.  Parents enjoyed your views and your suggestions.  I would be happy to speak with you in the spring regarding a "return event".
